Alix is an associate attorney on the employment team at Levin & Nalbandyan, LLP. She became an attorney to advocate for individuals subject to oppression and to advance equity in the legal system.
Alix is originally from Buffalo, New York, a working class community with a strong history of labor organizing, where she learned to understand the harms of discrimination in the workplace and job loss. She is passionate about defending the rights of her clients who have been wronged by corporate employers and will advocate tirelessly to get them the results they deserve.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Alix served as a Commissioned Officer and Medical Evacuation pilot in the U.S. Army for 12 years. In her personal time she enjoys traveling with her partner, art, and cooking.

Ms. Torossian is an associate and a member of the firm’s employment civil rights practice group. Ms. Torossian is passionate about advocating for those who do not have the means to advocate for themselves and getting justice for clients who have been wronged by their employers. Ms. Torossian is an avid traveler who enjoys learning from different traditions and cultures.
