A member of the California State Bar since 1994, Mr. Moosapoor spent several years practicing tax law for various law and accounting firms in the Los Angeles area. After a stint in graduate school and in economic consulting, Seb began practicing law again in 2014 and has been practicing workers’ compensation law exclusively since. He has litigated cases in every Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board in the Southern California area, as well as in Fresno and Bakersfield and has represented clients in a variety of industries and for a variety of types of injuries.
The chance to represent clients who have been treated unfairly by their employers and by insurance companies have been extremely fulfilling professionally and Seb plans to dedicate the rest of his professional career to this pursuit.
Seb obtained his B.A. in economics from UCLA, his JD from the USC School of Law, and his PhD in economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He grew up in Los Angeles and enjoys watching sports and playing strategic games.

Anthony E. DiBenedetto is an Associate with Levin & Nalbandyan hungry to defend the rights of employees when employers and insurance companies are trying to take advantage of the legal system. Born and raised in the Inland Empire “Tony” grew up with a love for the arts, participating in music and theater throughout his education at Upland High School and the University of La Verne. His desire for fairness and justice for all lead him to further his education at La Verne and earn a J.D. on top of his bachelor’s.
Since being sworn into the California & Federal BARs he has dabbled in several areas of law including litigation, intellectual property, real estate, and probate before discovering that his skills were best suited to worker’s compensation. At Levin & Nalbandyan Mr. Dibenedetto has worked with hundreds of clients to get their injuries and complaints resolved expeditiously and equitably.
When not battling in the courtroom Anthony enjoys the outdoors, sports, and continues to play music internationally when possible.
