Suren is an associate with Levin & Nalbandyan, LLP, where he practices in all aspects of employment litigation on behalf of aggrieved employees, in both state and federal courts, and arbitration. Suren takes an aggressive yet measured approach to his cases in order to maximize the value of each case in the most efficient manner, and tailors his approach based on the needs of every individual client, and other unique factors at play in each case. He fears no opposing counsel, law firm, judge or arbitrator, and zealously advocates for his clients.

Suren has dedicated his entire professional career to representing employees. Suren’s passion for fighting for the rights of employees began in law school, where he spent a summer as a judicial extern at the California Supreme Court for the Honorable Justice Ming Chin, where he was first exposed to employment law. Then, Suren joined Levin & Nalbandyan, LLP, where he worked as a law clerk getting hands on litigation experience under the supervision of attorneys. After passing the bar, Suren worked at another plaintiff’s employment law firm, until recently rejoining Levin & Nalbandyan as an associate attorney.

Suren was born in Russia and immigrated to California when he was five years old, where he has lived ever since. Suren earned his bachelor’s degree at California State University, Northridge, and completed his law degree at Southwestern Law School. During law school, he was a member of the Southwestern Law Review, and earned multiple awards for achieving the highest grades in his class for his Torts, Legal Writing, and Constitutional Law courses.

Outside of work, Suren enjoys cooking, trying out new restaurants, boxing, and spending time with his family and friends. Suren is fluent in Armenian and Russian.

Gerardo is a personal injury lawyer at Levin & Nalbandyan, LLP, with over 12 years of experience in personal injury. Gerardo has the distinct experience of being an investigator prior to becoming an attorney. This particular experience allows him to look at cases from a different perspective which then translates into more favorable results for his clients.

Gerardo was born and raised in Southern California. He is a proud Bruin, having earned his degree in Political Science from UCLA, and his law degree from Southwestern Law School, here in Los Angeles.

Aside from knowing how to thoroughly prepare and navigate a personal injury case, Gerardo prioritizes getting to know each client in order to best understand their unique needs. This has allowed Gerardo to advocate for and fight for his client’s best interests. He credits this approach for his success in recovering millions of dollars for his clients.

Outside of work, Gerardo volunteers his time with free legal clinics; he is speaker on various legal panels; and he is a mentor for students from underserved communities who are interested in pursuing a law degree.
