I started with Levin & Nalbandyan in the summer of 2016, and I’m currently the Director of Operations. In this role, I oversee the firm’s overall operational efficiency, ensuring our team delivers exceptional legal services. I work closely with all department heads to optimize processes, enhance team collaboration, and implement strategies that align with the firm’s commitment to client success.

My experience as a Client Success Representative and later as a Client Relations Manager was instrumental in this transition. It gave me a deep understanding of how each department operates, the types of cases we qualify, and how we onboard clients. This insight allowed me to streamline workflows that now serve as a foundation for the entire case lifecycle, shaping my approach to operational excellence and helping me support the firm’s growth.

I began my journey at Levin & Nalbandyan in August 2020 as a Client Success Representative, where I quickly discovered my passion for helping people and understanding their needs. After two years, I was promoted to Lead Coordinator, and a year later, I was given an incredible opportunity – to step into a brand-new role as the firm’s first Marketing Coordinator. This role has been an exciting new chapter for me, combining my love for creativity with my commitment of making a difference.

My time with the Client Experience & Retention Department gave me the skills to connect deeply with clients, listen with empathy, and respond with purpose. Now, I get to channel those lessons into building strong client relationships and creating impactful content that truly reflects our firm’s values. It’s been an amazing journey, and I’m grateful for the chance to grown in a place that values both innovation and heart.

I joined Levin & Nalbandyan on October 3, 2023, and now serve as the Client Success & Acquisition Manager. In this role, I co-manage and develop our team, leveraging KPI metrics to meet our monthly objectives and fostering a positive team culture that reflects our core values. My background in the Client Experience & Retention Department, where I began as a Client Success Representative, provided me with valuable insights into the initial steps of our client engagement process. This experience allowed me to appreciate the pivotal role the Client Experience & Retention Department plays in shaping our clients’ first impressions and understanding the overall impact and journey our firm offers each client.

I joined Levin & Nalbandyan on August 3, 2022, as a Client Success Representative. I am now a Co-Manager of the Client Experience & Retention Department, where I oversee the team and ensure timely responses to all leads to effectively retain new clients for the firm. My initial role provided me with valuable training and skills, which have been instrumental in my advancement to Co-Manager and my current leadership position.

I started with Levin & Nalbandyan in October 2018 as a Client Success Representative and now work as a Legal Assistant in our Employment Department. I collaborate with associate attorneys to manage files, process mail, calendar deadlines, and assist with litigation tasks like filing court documents, attending client meetings, reviewing evidence, and trial prep. I also maintain the associates’ schedules and serve as the main point of contact for clients. My time in the Client Experience & Retention Department taught me how to identify strong cases and communicate effectively with clients, skills that are vital in my current role.

I joined Levin & Nalbandyan in 2022 as a Client Success Representative in the Client Experience & Retention Department. My time there taught me how to build strong client relationships and how to manage my workload while completing my Paralegal studies. Now, as a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager, I manage cases from start to finish, working closely with attorneys throughout litigation. Starting in the Client Experience & Retention Department gave me a unique perspective on client expectation, which continues to guide me in my current role.

I joined Levin & Nalbandyan in July 2019 as a Client Success Representative. Over time, I advanced to the role of Client Success & Acquisition Manager, where I gained a deep understanding of the firm and our clients. Recently, I was offered the position of Digital Marketing Analyst, a brand-new role at the firm. In this capacity, I analyze data and trends to optimize our online marketing strategies, leveraging my extensive background in client experience to develop targeted and effective marketing solutions that address our clients’ needs.

I started with Levin & Nalbandyan in 2022 as a Client Success Representative in our Client Experience & Retention Department, and currently serve as a Litigation Assistant in the Personal Injury Department. My experience in the Client Experience & Retention Department enhanced my confidence in interacting with diverse individuals and taught me to thrive in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive tasks. As a Litigation Paralegal, I’ve discovered my own capabilities with clients who appreciate our behind-the-scenes efforts, even though I’m not an attorney.

I started at Levin & Nalbandyan in November 2021 as an Client Success Representative and now serve as a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager. I assist injured workers with all aspects of their cases, from filing with the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board to settlement negotiations. My background in Client Experience & Retention provided foundational insights into Workers’ Compensation, facilitating a smooth transition to my current role and allowing me to refine my customer service skills for exceptional case management.
