Dr. Tatevik Svetlana Tonapetyan serves as Head of People & Operations at Levin & Nalbandyan LLP, where she leads the firm’s human capital strategy and operational infrastructure across all offices and practice areas.

In her role, Dr. Tonapetyan oversees talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, compensation strategy, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. She develops scalable systems that support the firm’s continued growth while fostering an environment where professionals are empowered, supported, and positioned to excel.

Beyond human resources, Dr. Tonapetyan directs firmwide operational strategy, including vendor management, facilities operations, payroll systems, risk mitigation, and enterprise process optimization. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, she applies disciplined, data-driven methodologies to streamline operations, enhance performance metrics, and build sustainable infrastructure that strengthens both organizational effectiveness and team experience.
