Elena Mekikyan

Elena Mekikyan is an Associate Attorney at LNN Law, where she represents employees in a broad range of employment law matters. Her practice focuses on helping individuals navigate workplace disputes involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and leave-related violations under California law. Elena is known for her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and her commitment to advocating for clients with both strategic precision and genuine care. Before joining the firm as an attorney, she worked as a law clerk at LNN Law and other employment-focused firms, developing hands-on experience across all stages of litigation, from case evaluation and discovery to motion practice and trial preparation.

Elena earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Cum Laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2021 before attending Southwestern Law School, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2025. During law school, she served as a Dean’s Fellow and Teaching Assistant for Torts, roles that strengthened her analytical skills and commitment to mentorship. She also clerked with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office in the General Litigation Department, gaining valuable exposure to civil litigation in a public-sector setting. Elena was admitted to the State Bar of California in November 2025 and is dedicated to guiding clients through the legal process with clarity, confidence, and strong advocacy.
