Charlene Nercess

Attorney Charlene Nercess is a valued member of the Levin & Nalbandyan legal team. She is a passionate employment lawyer with experience in dispute resolution, human rights, and privacy law. She handles a wide variety of cases, including those involving discrimination, retaliation, and harassment in the workplace, as well as a failure to provide medical leave in violation of state law and public policy.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), she received her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law. In her legal career, Ms. Necess served as second chair associate attorney in a $3,451,220 arbitration win for a hospital nurse fired because of his disability. Notably, she was also the second chair associate attorney in an over $1.4 million arbitration win for a factory worker attempting to return from work after taking medical leave.
