Viridiana E. Aceves is an accomplished Associate Attorney specializing in Employment Law at Levin & Nalbandyan Trial Lawyers. She earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School in 2017, where she graduated cum laude and ranked in the top 10% of her class. During her time at Southwestern, she was honored with the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Constitutional Law and received the Wildman/Schumacher Scholarship for her academic achievements. Her involvement in the Moot Court Honors Program as a member of the Board of Governors further showcased her legal acumen.
Ms. Aceves completed her undergraduate studies at Mount St. Mary’s University, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, in 2014. Her exceptional performance was recognized with the Sister Rose Catherine Clifford Award for Excellence in Political Science, the Dr. Ronald J. Oard Award for Excellence in Analytical Skills, and the Outstanding Scholarship in Political Science award. She also won first place at the California Classic Moot Court Championship and was a recipient of the Gibson, Dunn, & Crutcher Scholarship.
In addition to her academic and professional accomplishments, Ms. Aceves is an active member of several professional associations, including CAALA, CELA, BHBA, MABA, and LLBA. She is dedicated to community service, volunteering as a coach for the Mount St. Mary’s University Mock Trial Team and participating in the Los Angeles Law Library’s “Lawyers in the Library” program, where she provides free legal consultations to individuals without representation.
Ms. Aceves has also made notable contributions as a guest speaker on The Lawyers Guild radio show, discussing the role of women in the workplace during Women’s History Month.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Aceves is passionate about running, hiking, and is an avid soccer fan. She takes pride in her role as a litigator, skillfully using her legal expertise to advocate for employees who have faced discrimination, harassment, or retaliation in the workplace. Her dedication to crafting persuasive arguments and presenting compelling cases is a testament to her commitment to her clients and the art of litigation.
