Tannaz Ghayadi

Employment Law attorney Tannaz Ghadyadi completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science before attending Southwestern Law School. She graduated Cum Laude with a Juris Doctorate from Southwestern in May 2022.

During her law school career, she was not only recognized for being in the top 10 percent of his graduating class but was also part of the Moot Court Honors Program and served as a peer mentor. She further served on the Board of Governors as the Library Chair (oralist).

Attorney Ghadyadi was a Dean’s Merit Recipient and made the Dean’s List while attending Southwestern. She received the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Employment Law Survey and the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Criminal Law and Legal Analysis Writing, and Skills II.

Skilled Oralist, Dedicated Advocate

From August until December 2020, he was a student advocate and instructor at Southwestern Law School’s Street Law Clinic. The Street Law Clinic is a program directed at empowering at-risk youth to make better choices, overcome adversity, and build stronger futures. As part of the program, Ms. Ghadyadi taught weekly participatory lessons to inform teenagers about their rights and the laws that apply to them. She provided the legal information and resources they needed to successfully transition to independent living and adulthood.

In 2021, Ms. Ghadyadi was the recipient of the Best Oralist Award at the Charleston School of Law National Moot Court Competition. During the same competition, he received Second Place overall. From 2022 to 2023, she served as an Assistant Coach for the Southwestern Law School Moot Court team.

She is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA). Attorney Ghadyadi is licensed to practice in California state courts. She is also licensed to practice in multiple federal courts, including the Central District, Eastern District, and Northern District.
